What are the costs to participate in the Euromeeting 2025?Pricing We’re excited to offer a well-curated program and have aimed to keep prices as low as possible: • Pretour: €150 • Main Event: €350 • Full Experience: €500 After you complete the registration, we’ll send you an invoice with payment details. If your administration requires specific information on the invoice, please let us know at registration. Additional Charges For those arriving by public transport or air, you’ll likely need to take a train from Zurich Airport to Lucerne. During the event, there may be some local travel on public transport. Since everyone may have different preferences regarding public transport or taxis, we leave this up to each participant to arrange at their own expense. For ease, you can use a contactless debit or credit card, or mobile phone to pay directly for public transport tickets. If you prefer a fixed-cost option, a regional travel pass is available; however, for those planning only a few local trips with us, this may be more costly than individual tickets.
